The Dasilyrion plant grows wild and organically in the deserts of northern Mexico. Produced in small batches to preserve its flavour, Nocheluna Sotol has a sophisticated balance between wild herbs, dried stone fruit, caramel and honey, deep minerality and oak firewood.
