blue Corn Bourbon:With a mash of 75% blue corn, 21% wheat, and 4% malted barley, our Kentucky Blue Corn Bottled-in-Bond Bourbon is unlike any other bourbon.
straight rye:
Mash Bill: Rye: 95%, Barley Malt: 5%
Bottled at a robust 55% ABV (1I0 proof), this rye whiskey is versatile enough to shine in cocktails yet refined enough to be enjoyed neat.
With no chill filtration, it offers added depth of flavour
toatsed oak bourbon:
Every barrel of our Toasted Oak Bourbon begins with a mash bill of 75% yellow corn, 21% rye, and 4% malted barley — the foundation of a bourbon that balances sweetness, spice, and depth. After at least 5 years of aging, bg finish each batch in lightly toasted white oak barrels for at least 30 days, allowing the spirit to draw out gentle layers of caramelized sugar and warm vanilla from the oak.
